Somen noodles (vermicelli fine noodles) are highly regarded as one of Japan’s best noodles.
Thier signature somen has a savory wheat aroma that will fill your mouth and will amaze you with its very soft texture and smooth finish.
Thier highly experienced skilled artisans from Harima (Harima is one of the largest somen production areas) create their HARIMA KISSUI somen using their traditional hand-pulled technique. These artisans in respect to Harima’s six-hundred year history of hand-pulled somen producing techniques, are always pursuing a special new taste.
Their specialty HARIMA KISSUI “White (Shiro)” was awarded three stars (highest rating) by the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) in 2016. You can enjoy their hot and cold somen noodles all year around since their taste is amazing no matter the season.
